You made it back!

What challenges did you overcome?
  • I was tired but did it anyway

Some things to try this week:
  • Identify a small route to walk when you have a free moment.
  • Set up a time with a friend to get together to do something active.
  • Buy a good pair of athletic shoes, sports bra, or something comfortable to wear.
  • Post your progress worksheet somewhere you will see it through the day as a reminder.
  • Blow the dust off the activity tracker you bought a while back and charge it, then put it on.
  • Sit on the floor while watching tv and do some stretching to say “hello” to your body.
